Town f Mashpee 16 Great Neck Rd North Mashpee, MA 02649 d Harbor Management Committee th For Tuesday September 26, 2023 Popponesset Meeting Room 16 Great Neck Road North MEMBERS PRESENT MEMBERS ABSENT ALSO IN ATTENDANCE Ashley Fisher, Director of Natural Resources Evan Lehrer, Town Planner Allison Novelly, Urban Harbors Institute Christopher Avis, Shellfish Constable Michaela Wyman-Colombo, Selectboard Kristin Uiterwyk, Urban Harbors Institute Robert Tomaino, Harbor Master (Remote) Dale Oakley, Mashpee Wampanoag Tribal Member (Remote) Andrew McManus, Conservation Agent Richard Noonan, Waterways Commission Representative (Remote/Live) Richard Cook, Shellfish Commission Representative Ms. Fisher called the meeting to order at 6:01. PUBLIC COMMENT There was no public comment. COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE None was received APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES 7/25/2023 Minutes – Ms. Fisher made a motion to accept the minutes as presented, which was seconded by Mr. Cook. These were unanimously approved. OLD BUSINESS  Individual Meetings with Committee Members / stakeholders – progress Ms. Fisher noted the progress with Mr. Noonan and Mr. Cook the only two outstanding interviews. Ms. Novelly indicated Mr. Cook’s interview was scheduled. Mr. Noonan indicated he would speak to Ms. Novelly to get that done after the meeting. Ms. Fisher noted that Ms. Uiterwijk met with the Tribe and other meetings were held with others including Rosemary Burns. Ms. Uiterwijk indicated stakeholder meetings were ongoing with additions added on an ongoing basis (12 – 15 done with another 12 to be done). Ms. Uiterwijk stated that there would be community engagement in October such as Mashpee Village (Ms. Lynn) and the Tribe.
