Ms. Fisher thought all that was needed was a vote.

Ms. Tomaino made a motion to post the results from Public Meeting #1, which was
seconded by Mr. Avis.

Roll Call Vote:

Ashley Fisher (Yes)
Christopher Avis (Yes)
Robert Tomaino (Yes)
Dale Oakley (Yes)
Andrew McManus (Yes)
Richard Noonan (Yes)
Richard Cook (Yes)

7 – 0 motion passed unanimously

Ancient Ways to Water Update:

Ms. Fisher noted that there was a meeting with Rosemary Burns and the Chair of the
Historic Commission. Ms. Fisher added this
should be an action item on the agenda. Mr. McManus concurred and noted that there
was a lot on Mr. Lehrer’s plate.

Ch.91 Update:

Ms. Fisher met with the Commonwealth to discuss 10A floats and shellfish. Ms. Fisher
added that having the Conservation Commission hear those might be appropriate (under
the Wetlands Protection Act). Mr. McManus, Conservation Agent, noted there had
been discussion of that with the Conservation Commission but there was an issue if the
Conservation Commission had jurisdiction over 10A floats. Ms. Fisher opined that
even if it was just an RDA to review it would be helpful. Ms. Fisher noted there would
