Collins, Town Manager <br /> Dave called the meeting to order at 9:00 am. <br /> NEW HEARINGS <br /> 9:00 am Project Address: 40 Evergreen Circle, Unit #1 <br /> Business name: Fastsigns Cape Cod <br /> Agent/Owner: Mark Connolly, Mike Enos, Production Mgr. <br /> Architect/Engineer: JL Architects <br /> Request: Sign & Graphic Design Business. Interior Construction Fit-out. (Special <br /> Permit Modification (SP-2023-28) was issued by the ZBA for a commercial metal <br /> building with contractors bays. Change of use may require further approval from <br /> ZBA). <br /> Mr. Mark Connolly represented the application for his business named Fastsigns that will be <br /> located at 40 Evergreen Circle, Unit 1. He gave the Committee a brochure with some <br /> background information about the business and mentioned that this location and building <br /> meets the square footage (just under 1,800 sq. ft.) requirement for his business. There are four <br /> bays in this building, and his business will occupy the front bay. He provided the Committee <br /> with a floor plan rendering of the fit-out space. He will be leasing the space from the Owner, <br /> Nick Pastore. <br /> Mr. Morris, Building Commissioner <br /> Mr. Morris described that this business is considered a Group B which is a change of use. He <br /> does not believe that the building has a sprinkler system. <br /> I <br />
