Minutes of Meeting <br /> Plan Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, January 16, 2024 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Mr. Lehrer also wanted to confirm that there is no parking related issues in comparison to the <br /> contractor bay parking ratio. On a zoning prospective, this is a relatively benign request. There <br /> are code compliant items to be handled by the Building Commissioner, the Fire Department, <br /> and the property owner for any public safety concerns. There are no other issues with the <br /> Planning Department. <br /> Zack Seabury, Board of Health Agent <br /> Mr. Seabury asked if there will be any spray painting, neon gases or heating of pipes. Mr. <br /> Connolly said no. <br /> There were no more comments from the Committee. <br /> Mr. Lehrer moved to recommend that the ZBA approve the request for a Special Permit <br /> Modification on the condition that the Fire Department is satisfied with the facility sprinkler plan <br /> as well as an emergency egress plan, lighting plan, life safety plan, and that the parking ratios <br /> are verified for compliance. Mr. McManus second. <br /> Discussion <br /> Mr. Seabury stated that the applicant should include the amount of employees with the ZBA <br /> application so there will be a number associated with the unit for the septic system. <br /> Mr. Connolly said there will be four people. There is also an ADA compliant bathroom in the <br /> rear. <br /> Motion moved and second. <br /> Mr. Seabury, yes, Mr. Lehrer, yes, Mr. Peltier, yes, Mr. McManus, yes, Mr. Rose, yes, Mr. <br /> Collins, yes, and Mr. Morris, yes. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> ➢ Approve September 19, 2023 Meeting Minutes. <br /> Mr. Lehrer made a motion to approve the meeting minutes.
