Raul Lizardi described the project and stated a previous approval was <br />provided but the work never took place and the permit expired. No increase in flow. Roof <br />runoff to be tied into drywells. Mitigation ratio of over 1:1 (648 sq feet of mitigation). Mrs <br />Clapprood questioned use of property/interior. Commissioner question about location of <br />mitigation area 2 and why it could not be closer to the pond edge. Consultant explained <br />rationale for mitigation where it is proposed along top of inland bank. <br />Mr. Weeden motioned to Close & Issue with condition of mitigation monitoring and <br />maintenance contract for two years. <br />Mrs Zollo seconded the motion.
