Mrs Clapprood questioned depth of excavation/setting for stairway <br />piles/supports. Mr. Weeden commented on location of stairway and concerns thereof. Mr. <br />Lizardi provided clarification as to why the stairs are proposed where they are... lesser <br />slope/easier install and use. Existing access path will be filled in with vegetation. Pathway <br />on golf course property will also be closed off and vegetated. Agent clarified <br />vista pruning protocols and stated 2-3 saplings would be removed total. Agent stated no <br />DEP permit # has been issued yet but anticipates issuance soon. Agent recommended a <br />close and issue subject to receipt of a DEP number. <br />Mr. Dalton motioned to Close & Issue with condition of receipt of DEP permit # prior <br />to issuance <br />Mrs. Zollo seconded the motion. <br />
