Mr. Livingston made a motion to accept the Monitoring Report. Seconded by Mr. <br /> Virgilio. Roll Call Vote: unanimous (2-0) <br /> 4. Review of proposal to change Board of Health meetings from Thursday to Tuesday <br /> Mr. Seabury stated that he spoke with the Town Clerk's office and they are fine with the <br /> switch. He also stated that he spoke with Mr. Raposa, Mr. Raposa agrees with the day <br /> change and would vote yes if here were in attendance. <br /> Mr. Livingston made a motion to change the Board of Health meeting day to Tuesdays <br /> at 4:30 PM from Thursdays. Mr. Virglio seconded. Roll Call Vote: unanimous (3-0) <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPIC: <br /> Mr. Virgilio stated that he would like an update about the new State Regulation for septic and <br /> all related systems for properties with well water and the payments and how that is going to be <br /> finalized. Mr. Seabury asked Mr. Virgilio if he wants a representative from the state to come to <br /> a meeting and explain. Mr. Virgilio said no, he does not want that. Mr. Seabury explained that <br /> the regulations are not finalized yet but it has nothing to do with well water. The prices are up <br /> to the contractor and that the department does not ask any contractor what they charge. <br /> Next meeting is scheduled on January 17, 2023 at 4:30 PM <br /> John Livingston motioned to adjourn public session.
