Discussion of Upcoming Mashpee Seasonal Flu Clinic

Mr. Seabury wanted to inform the Members of the upcoming November 2nd and 9th
clinics noting there will be regular and senior doses available. Regarding COVID
vaccination, this will not be a part of the clinic since a minimum number of doses would
need to be ordered potentially wasting vaccine. Mr. Seabury went on to suggest having
the Sewer Commission set up a table to provide the public with updates on the Town
sewer implementation. The clinics themselves will be of no cost to the public with both
insured (e.g., Medicare Part B) and uninsured being eligible. Mr. Livingston noted the
flyer was purple raising a printer issue. Mr. Seabury agreed and would try to address
making the flyer more printer friendly. Mr. Virgilio suggested there should be a record
check on the vaccines needed. Mr. Seabury concurred, noting that the Health Agents
were not doctors and everyone should seek medical counsel from their respective
Primary Care Physician/Pharmacy. Mr. Seabury noted there was one sign up form per
person and would be available until the slots filled up.
