Protect. <br /> BOARD OF HEALTH- PUBLIC SESSION <br /> Mashpee Town Hall—Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Minutes of the Meeting of January 17,2023 <br /> Board Members Present: Member Absent: Also Present: <br /> Ernest Virgilio, Chair Zackary Seabury, Health Agent <br /> John Livingston,Vice-Chair <br /> Edward Raposa,Clerk <br /> Chair Ernest Virgilio called the Mashpee Board of Health meeting to order at 4:30 PM. <br /> APPOINTMENTS: <br /> Show Cause, Non-Compliance—257 Monomoscoy Road <br /> Joshua Delman was present to represent. <br /> Mr.Seabury commented on July 315t 2020 Mr. Delman purchased the above-referenced <br /> property from the Estate of William F. Breen. In a letter dated May 20, 2021 and sent via First <br /> Class and Certified Mail,which notified that he was in violation of Title 5 of the State <br /> Environmental Code 310 CMR 15.301(1)&,(11), and Mashpee Board of Health Regulation Part IX, <br /> Section 19.00, due to the fact that no septic inspection had been performed. <br /> On June 14, 2022, Michael Bisienere, a Mashpee Registered Septic Inspector, conducted an <br /> inspection of the on-site system at the above-referenced address. Which was reported as a <br /> failure. <br /> On June 13, 2022, a Disposal Works Construction Permit application was submitted to this <br /> office by Douglas Schneider, of Holmes and McGrath, Inc., along with an engineered plan for <br /> septic upgrade at the above-referenced address. The septic installer was "to be determined" <br /> on the application. At their regularly scheduled meeting on June 30, 2022,the Board of Health <br /> reviewed the proposed septic design, and voted unanimously to approve the plan with the <br />
