condition that the system be installed within 45 days of Board of Health and Conservation Commission approval. The Conservation Commission issued the Order of Conditions on August 5, 2022. Forty-five (45) business days from that date would be Tuesday,October 11, 2022;therefore, Mr. Delman has failed to comply with the Board of Health conditions of approval of the septic design plan prepared for Z57K8ononmoscoy Road, K4ashpee. Mr. Delman apologized to the Board for the non-compliance. He stated since receiving the last notice he has gotten quotes from 2installers and expect to have installation complete ossoon as available. Mr. Livingston asked if the property is currently occupied. Mr. Delman responded, no,this is a summer home. Mr.Seabury recommended a contract be sent to the Health office within a week and that the new system is installed by March 11t, 2023. This issue has been going on for a couple of years now. There being no further comments or discussion, Mr. Livingston motioned that K4r' Delman nnwmt send a executed contract to the Health office by Friday January 28, 2O23 and system installed by March 1, 2023.
