Hard copies of the survey should be available at the Library, Senior Center and Town Hall. <br /> Computers and tablets are available at the locations, completed paper surveys can be dropped <br /> off at the Town Manager's office. <br /> Discussion: Is our current review p <br /> Committee members discussed the effectiveness of their review process and if it is efficient in <br /> helping to meet their shared goals for reviewing the Charter. It was agreed that the current <br /> process isgowell. <br /> John Miller advised the group that at some point they will have to delineate between the <br /> proposed changes that are substantive and the changes that may not be as important. <br /> Rodney Collins said he thinks it's important to make sure the changes are distinct and separate <br /> and he wouldn't want something that the Committee uniformly agrees on go down because one <br /> item happen tobea lightning rod for some people. <br /> David VVeeden added that he believes the process has been fair and welcoming as well as <br /> transparent and the Committee has made significant progress. He also suggested televising the <br /> final public hearing and soliciting public comment. <br /> Rodney Collins suggested reaching out to K4ashpeeTVso that the public has access towhat he <br /> termed as the "grand fina|e''. <br />
