Acting <br /> Chairman, Ron Bonvie, Scott Goldstein, Norman. J. Gould, .Associate Members Sharon <br /> angeleer, and Brad P'ittsley were present. Building Commissioner, David Morris was also <br /> present. <br /> Acting Chairman, Mr. Bonvie opened the meeting at 6:00 prn and announced that the hearings <br /> were being televised live on Mashpee Tv. He will take comments after each hearing. <br /> CONTINUED HEARING <br /> Sitting on this hearing are the three regular Board members,Ms. Sangeleer, and Mr. Pittsley. <br /> 19 Mercantile''tea ": Petitioner, Capewide Construction requests a Special Permit under §1.74- <br /> 25 (G) (4), (G) (5)3 (G) (6), §174-25 (G) (I 4), §174-25 (G) (18); and. §174-45.6 of the Zoning <br /> Bylaws to allow for construction of a 7,272 sq. ft.metal building with contractor bays to be used, <br /> for cabinet making with accessory storage, office, showroom,retail and paint booth on property <br /> located in an 1-1 and Fight Industrial overlay Zoning District(s), Map 88 Parcel 105,Mashpee, <br /> MA. (Continuedfrom July 13,2022 h eafings at the request of the Board). <br /> Attorney Christopher Kirrane represented the applicant on the proposed building. At the last <br /> meeting on July 13, 2022, there were some items addressed by the Board regarding comments <br /> submitted by the Playa Review Committee, and the Board requested, further comments from the <br /> various department heads, as well as Mr. Ed Pesce, Consulting Engineer who was retained by <br /> the Town for the Zoning Board to review the site plans, and provide the Board with his <br /> comments. <br /> .Attorney Kirrane mentioned that the Board of Health provided a letter approving the septic <br /> system that will be located underneath the parking, as well as other items that if approved can be <br /> conditioned in the Board's decision. The Board of health also listed and approved conditions <br /> regarding the paint booth that can also be incorporated into the decision if approved by this <br /> Board.There was also a letter submitted by the Fire Department that they approved the site plan, <br /> and that the paint booth has to comply with.the Mass Fire Code. These conditions can also be <br /> incorporated into the Board's decision of approved. llllr. Pesce communicated with the applicant <br /> that his comments can be conditioned into the decision if approved by the Board. <br /> I <br />
