MA :I ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JULY 27,2022 <br /> Attorney Kirrane said that the site plan was revised to include two more parking spaces, for a <br /> total of fifteen (15), and the warehouse/showroom building. The allowed parking would be on <br /> the side or the rear. The Board at their discretion would be to allow the six parking spaces in the <br /> front of the building as indicated on the revised plan. <br /> Mr. Bonvie addressed the members and mentioned that there were recommendations dated May <br /> 17, 2022 submitted by the Plan Review Committee for the ZBA, specifically the parking. He <br /> said he is satisfied with those revisions. He polled the Board, and there were no 'issues. Mr. <br /> Bonvie mentioned that the other items on the list were addressed by the Fire Department and the <br /> Board of Health. <br /> Mr. Bonvie mentioned that the peer engineer anticipates billing the Town $5,000. Attorney <br /> Kirrane and the applicant understood that since the Town does not have an engineering <br /> employee. Attorney Kirrane also mentioned that the mezzanine was revised as well. <br /> Mr. Bonvie addressed the Board and said that if a motion is made,he would suggest a condition <br /> that the applicant meets with the peer review engineer to confirm.that he is satisfied with all his <br /> comments and concerns prior to applying for a building permit. He polled the Board and they <br /> agreed. <br /> Attorney Kirrane asked if that would be David Morris' discretion.Mr.Bonvie said that all.plans <br /> can be given to David for this Board, so that the Board can sign off. Any changes or alterations <br /> made to the plans should be given to the Board. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer read the Board of Health letter to MT. Matthew Eddy, dated July 20, 2022. There <br /> were no comments from the Conservation.Department. <br /> Mr. Bonvie wanted to address that the peer review engineer be paid within seven days. Ile also <br /> wanted to confirm.that the plan.that was in front of the Board depicted the revised parking spaces. <br /> Mr. Kirrane agrees with the conditions submitted by the Board of Health. Mr. Goldstein read a <br /> letter submitted to Mr. Matthew Eddy from the Board of Health dated July 7,2022 regarding the <br /> paint booth, and will become part of the record. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer read a letter from Fire Chief, Jack Phelan dated July 26, 2022 into the record. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board or audience. <br /> Mr. Goldstein made a motion that the Board approve 19 Mercantile Way, for Petitioner, <br /> Capewide Construction request Special Permit under §174-25 (G) (4), (G) (5), (G) (6), §174-25 <br /> (G) (14), §174-25 (G) (18); and §174-45.6 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a <br /> 7,272 sq. ft. metal building with.contractor bays to be used for cabinet making with accessory <br /> storage, office, showroom, retail and paint booth on property located in an I-I and Light <br /> Industrial Overlay Zoning Distriet(s), Map 88 Parcel 105, Mashpee, MA with the following <br /> conditions*, <br /> 2 <br />
