Front Yard setback <br /> "Recommendation: The Planning Department suggests that the proposed continuance, extension <br /> or alterations proposed would not be substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood than <br /> existed previously and that the Board can grant a written finding. Please confirm that the house is <br /> not to exceed 2 BRs. I understand that there is a deed restriction preventing anything beyond 2 <br /> BRs. " <br /> Chairman Bonvie asked for other comments. There were no comments from the audience. There <br /> were no comments from Mr. Morris. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Blaisdell so moved. Ms. Sangeleer, <br /> second. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion to approve the application. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issue a Written Finding to Owners,Richard T. Jackmauh <br /> and Anne M. Wood, Co-Trustees of the RJAW Family Revocable Trust under§174-17 and §174- <br /> 33 to allow for a 460 sq. ft. addition, and a deck to a pre-existing, non-conforming structure on <br /> property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 114, Parcel 98, Mashpee, MA with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written Finding <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Certified Plot Plan with new addition, 231 Monomoscoy Road, Owner/Applicant: Richard <br /> T. Jackmauh, Scale: 1" = 20 ft., Prepared by EAS Survey, Inc., Stamped and signed by: <br /> Edward A.
