(Received letter from Attorney requesting a <br /> continuance until March 27, 2024 hearings). <br /> Sitting on this hearing were the three regular Board members, and Mr. Reidy. Mr. Goldstein has <br /> recused himself from this hearing. <br /> Attorney Kirrane stated that the application was being heard by the Conservation Commission on <br /> March 21, 2024. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion to accept Attorney Kirrane's request for continuance until March <br /> 27, 2024.
