Presentation of Additional Information Regarding Special and Annual Town Meeting Warrant Articles on <br /> Hold. <br /> Mr. Collins explained that Article 6 of the Executed Special Town Meeting Warrant rescinds the borrowing <br /> authorization that was approved at the October Town meeting in the amount of$7.5 million. The amount in the <br /> Article was recently changed from $7.5 million to$4.5 million whereas$3 million came from "Free Cash". <br /> 1 <br />
