Chairman, <br /> Ronald Bonvie, Board Members, Sharon Sangeleer, William Blaisdell, Scott Goldstein, and <br /> Associate Members, George Ganzenmuller, and Charles Reidy. Also present was Building <br /> Commissioner, David Morris. <br /> Chairman Bonvie opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the hearings were being <br /> televised live on Mashpee TV. He will take comments after each hearing. <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> 70 Alma Road: Petitioners, Patrick and Julie McNamara request a Special Permit under §174- <br /> 17.1 and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze a pre-existing, nonconforming single-family <br /> structure and replace it with a new single-family structure on property located in an R-3 Zoning <br /> District and the Popponesset Overlay District, Map 117 Parcel 161, Mashpee, MA. (Owner of <br /> record: Harry F. Selewacz and Marilyn T. Selewacz Irrevocable Family Trust). (Continued frofn <br /> March 13,March 27,2024) (Received letter from Attorney requesting a continuance until April <br /> 24, 2024 hearings). <br /> Sitting on the hearing are Chairman Bonvie, Ms. Sangeleer, Mr. Blaisdell, Mr. Ganzenmuller, <br /> and Mr. Reidy. <br /> Mr. Reidy read the public hearing notice into the record, and a letter from Attorney Kirrane <br /> requesting a continuance until Wednesday, April 24, 2024. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell asked the Board Secretary if the timeline was acceptable. Ms. Romero stated; yes, <br /> as long as there is a written request agreement by the applicant and Board to a future date certain. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board accept the Attorney's request on behalf of his client. Ms. <br /> Sangeleer seconded. All were in favor to approve the continuance request until Wednesday, April <br /> 24, 2024. <br /> Attorney Kirrane, and the Board members signed an agreement to the future date requested. <br /> 1 <br />
