MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />DECEMBER 13, 2023 <br />Mr. Reidy made a motion relative to 29 & 41 Echo Road that the Board accept a continuance on <br />Condition 5 to extend the date of completion from December 31, 2023 to January 31, 2024. Mr. <br />Ganzenmuller, second. All were in favor. <br />Attorney Kirrane will contact Mary Ann to schedule the date of the continued hearing before the <br />expiration date of January 31, 2024. <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br />Approve Meeting Minutes dated November 8, 2023. <br />Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion to approve the meeting minutes. Mr. Reidy, so moved. Mr. <br />Ganzenmuller, second. All were in favor. <br />ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br />(This space is reserved for topics that the Chairman did not reasonably anticipate would be <br />discussed.) <br />Mr. Bonvie announced to the Board that he should have a draft of procedures within the next <br />month. He specifically wants the procedures list and the plans to depict lot coverage utilizing land <br />subject to Conservation jurisdiction, (Chapter 131, 40) and lot coverage not utilizing Conservation <br />jurisdiction, and structure coverage. The criteria that should be documented as: Lot coverage using <br />total lot area, lot coverage not using any land subject to Conservation control, and structure <br />coverage. <br />The Board had a discussion regarding vacant lots that are located within the flood plain. <br />Mr. Reidy made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Ganzenmuller second. All were in favor.
