Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> Plan Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, September 19, 2023 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Plan Review Committee Members Present: <br /> David Morris, Building Commissioner <br /> Catherine Laurent, DPW Director <br /> Evan Lehrer, Town Planner <br /> Zack Seabury, Health Agent <br /> Drew McManus, Conservation Agent <br /> Joe Peltier, Deputy Fire Chief <br /> Tom Rose, Acting Police Chief <br /> Dave called the meeting to order at 9:00 am. <br /> NEW HEARINGS <br /> 9:00 am Prqpect Address: 50 Evergreen Circle <br /> Business name: Pastore Excavation, Inc. <br /> Owner/Agent, Chapter Closed, LLC <br /> Representative: Attorney Christopher Kirrane <br /> Architect/En ipeer- Cape & Islands Engineering <br /> Request: Petitioner seeks to construct a 9,672 sq. ft. <br /> contractor bay/warehouse. (No signage request) <br /> Mr. Mark Dibb with Cape & Islands Engineering presented the application to construct a <br /> contractor bay warehouse. Mr. Dibb stated that this parcel is located at the end of the cul-de- <br /> sac on Evergreen Circle. It's approximately 2.5 acres. He provided site plans, building plans, <br /> storm water management calculations, and an O&M report. The Design Review Committee <br /> noticed that the floor plan depicted six bays, and the architectural plans depicted eight bays. <br /> The Committee requested revised plans and continued the hearing. <br /> David Morris Buildin Commissioner <br /> Mr. Morris asked Mr. Dibb if the building will have six or eight bays. Mr. Dibb said eight. Mr. <br /> Morris thought parking would be an issue. <br /> 1 <br />
