Minutes of Meeting <br /> Plan Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, September 19, 2023 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Evan Lehrer Town Planner <br /> Mr. Lehrer said that the overall square footage would not affect the parking, unless the parking <br /> under the bylaw is based on the number of units and not the overall square footage of uses. <br /> Mr. Lehrer wanted to know the owner's intention of the less than 1 acre parcel to the left of <br /> the site heading west of the open space parcel. Referencing Sheet 4. <br /> Mr. Dibb stated it's a drainage design that will be used to manage the grass or dirt. There is <br /> a possibility of another building in the future. <br /> Tom Rose Actin Police Chief <br /> No issues. <br /> Joe Peltier De ut Fire Chief <br /> Mr. Peltier asked if the parcel will be gated. Mr. Dibb said the client did not mention that the <br /> parcel be fully fenced and gated. Mr. Peltier said that a Knox box, but will have a discussion <br /> with the applicant at another time. The building will have a sprinkler system installed. <br /> Drew McManus Conservation A ent <br /> Mr. McManus asked if there are visible concrete bounds on the left side of the property where <br /> it meets the open space. Mr. Dibb said they are somewhere in the area. Mr. McManus would <br /> like them highlighted. Mr. Lehrer asked Mr. Pesce to make recommendations in his report to <br /> install rebar and caps. <br /> Evan Lehrer. Town Planner <br /> Mr. Lehrer asked if the parking can be relocated. Mr. Dibb said that there will be an office in <br /> the front entry versus the rear. Mr. Lehrer said that the applicant can ask the Board of Appeals <br /> for a waiver from the bylaw. The Zoning Board will have to make a finding. Mr. Lehrer stated <br /> as commentary; any amount of buffer has been completely eroded along the northerly portion <br /> of the lots on Echo Road and the southerly portion of the lots along Evergreen Circle. Mr. <br /> Lehrer asked what landscape material will be installed along the south side of the parcel. Mr. <br /> Dibb said there is nothing proposed at this point. <br /> 2 <br />
