Minutes of Meeting <br /> Plan Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, September 19, 2023 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Mr. Lehrer made a motion to recommend the proposal as presented with the following <br /> conditions; <br /> -The open space parcel should have rebar set at appropriate locations along the <br /> property boundary with caps and signs indicating open space parcel do not disturb. <br /> -The turning radius at the driveway entrances of the property be widened in <br /> consideration of the DPW Director's comments. <br /> -The design of the septic system be amended to consider additional employees if the <br /> proposal is increasing from six to eight bays. <br /> -The existing vacant portion of the site to the west of the parcel be seeded and loamed <br /> with 6 inches of material in accordance with Conservation seed mix recommendations. <br /> -A split rail fence be installed along the north and west parking area where it is <br /> developed. <br /> -The building will have a sprinkler system installed. <br /> -The plans be amended to adequately show the number of contractor bays. <br /> Mr. McManus second. No discussion. Ms. Laurent, yes, Mr. Lehrer, yes, Mr. Seabury, yes, <br /> Mr. McManus, yes, Mr. Peltier, Mr. Rose, yes, and Mr. Morris, yes. All were in favor. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> ➢ Approve Meeting Minutes dated May 2, 2023 <br /> Mr. Morris asked for a motion to approve the minutes. Mr. Seabury made a motion to approve <br /> the meeting minutes. Mr. McManus second. Mr. Morris, yes, Mr. Lehrer, yes, Mr. Peltier, yes, <br /> Mr. McManus, yes, Ms. Laurent, abstained. <br /> Mr. Lehrer made a motion to adjourn. Mr. McManus second. All were in favor.
