EVI: Front Elevation, EV2: Rear Elevation, EV3: Left <br /> Elevation,EV4-.Right Elevation,FP 1: First story floor plan,EL 1: 1 s'story electrical plan, <br /> FP2: 2nd story floor plan, EL2: 2nd story electrical plan. <br /> 4. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record including but not <br /> limited to the Board of Health and Conservation Department comments. <br /> 5. The Board finds that the application as submitted is not substantially more detrimental than <br /> what existed prior to removal of the existing structure, and that there is adequate land area <br /> to provide sufficient parking, and there are no new non-conformities being created. <br />
