Spencer under §174-17.1 and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze a pre-existing, non- <br /> conforming single-family dwelling, and replace it with a new single-family dwelling on property <br /> located in an R-3 Zoning District, at 29 Riverside Road, Map 119 Parcel 81, Mashpee, MA with <br /> the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special Permit <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2. Site Plan - 29 Riverside Road, Mashpee, MA.
