Conditioned on compliance with all Town Department comments and requirements read <br /> into the record and noted herein, including, but not limited to, those issued by the Board <br /> of Health,and the Building Commissioner. <br /> 6. Any changes to the plans will require the applicant to return to this Board. <br /> 7.
