<br /> <br />MINUTES <br />MASHPEE BOARD OF SEWER COMMISSIONERS <br />THURSDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2023, 2:00 p.m. <br />MASHPEE TOWN HALL <br />WAQUOIT MEETING ROOM <br />16 GREAT NECK ROAD NORTH <br />MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br />*In-person, televised meeting* <br /> <br />Present: Chair, Chad Smith, Vice-Chair, Meredith Harris (via Zoom), Joe Lyons, Phyllis Sprout, Al Towle <br /> <br />Other Attendees: Jared Meader, Town of Mashpee Wastewater Superintendent <br /> Sandra Tripp, GHD <br /> <br />Absent: Clerk, Catherine Castaneda <br /> <br /> <br />2:00PM – Convene Meeting: Chair, Chad Smith called the meeting to order at 2:00PM in open session at <br />Mashpee Town Hall, Waquoit Meeting Room. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />MOMENT OF SILENCE <br />PUBLIC PARTICIPATION <br />None at this Time. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS <br />None at this Time. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />Discussion and approval of the November 9, 2023 Sewer Commission Meeting minutes. <br />A motion was made by Mr. Towle to approve the minutes of the November 9, 2023 Sewer Commission <br />meeting. <br />Motion seconded by Phyllis Sprout. <br />Motion passed by unanimous consent. <br /> <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />None at this Time. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />1. Construction Update-GHD. <br /> Sandra Tripp gave a construction update presentation to the Commission stating that all of the buildings at <br />the WWRF are now closed up and are above grade. <br />The process building roof has been installed and inside all the rooms have been constructed. The metal <br />stairwells are all being fabricated on site and are in the process of being installed. Plumbing is being installed. <br />Hydraulic testing of the structures is underway. <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
