CLAPPROOD LOST INTERNET CONNECTION AND WAS UNABLE TO ATTEND THE REMAINDER OF THE <br />MEETING** <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />6:30 <br />NOI 43-3270 21 Debbie Lane, Donald and Macrina Cassidy, Trustees, The Donald R. Cassidy <br />Revocable Trust. Proposed addition to farmer’s porch and attached two car garage to existing single family <br />dwelling. Rep: Cape and Islands Engineering. (Cont. 2/15) <br />Mr. Lizardi-Rivera, the Cape and Islands Engineering representative states the property is a 2 bedroom <br />dwelling built in 2004 with an approval for the garage but not completed at time of the dwellings construction. <br />The site is 13,680 square feet which is noted to be in an AE flood zone. The NOI is for the permission to move <br />forward with the project as presented. The current plan is as followed: to install the farmer’s porch at the front <br />of the dwelling which is currently occupied by landscaping and a stoop, the new stairs will be in the generally <br />same location as the current stairs and majority of the garage will be located in an area already used for parking <br />with a bump out to the back of the dwelling. In total the project lawn area is approximately 620 square feet <br />which is a 600 square foot reduction and meets standards for proper aqua flow. Currently the project is not <br />located within a conservation area. <br /> <br />
