Proposed plunge <br />pool and paver patio. Rep: Cape & Island Engineering, Inc. <br /> Resource Area: LSCSF (landlocked) and buffer zone to LSCSF. <br /> Mr. Lizardi-Rivera, the representative from Cape and Island Engineering, outlines <br />the proposal as encompassing a pool and patio. He emphasizes that the project site is situated 150 <br />feet beyond the flood zone and sits above the flood elevation, which is at 11 feet. Additionally, he <br />mentions that the proposal has been submitted to the Board of Appeals, as it does not comply with <br />the 50-foot setback regulations. Regarding pool maintenance, the plan involves incorporating a <br />drywell positioned at the rear of the pool. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONERS COMMENTS <br />Ms. Zollo points out the two trees marked for removal on the plan and inquires about any plans <br />for replacement. Mr. Lizardi-Rivera responds that there are currently no replacement plans for <br />the trees, as the proposed plan adheres to Regulation 25 Section C2D standards. <br /> <br />There are no public comments. <br /> <br /> Motion made by Ms. Godfrey to close and issue with the following conditions: restoration <br />of all areas used for construction access to their previous existing condition, no drainage of pool <br />water within any areas of wetlands jurisdiction. If the pool must be drained it must be done so via <br />use of a pump truck.
