Meeting Called to Order: The meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM by Jill Allen, Chair. A <br /> quorum was declared with the following members present Jill Allen, Lisa Meizinger, Kevin <br /> Shackett, and Richard Klein. <br /> 2. A._Mr oval of Previous Meeting's Minutes: Ms. Allen entertained a motion to approve the general <br /> session minutes of August 10, 2023. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the minutes of the <br /> general session of August 10,2023,seconded by Mr. Shackett.Motion Carried 4-Ayes,0-Nays. <br /> 3. Treasurer's Report,Warrants: Ms. Conn noted that the monthly Financials were not available <br /> as she had just submitted the month-end work to the Fee Accountant. The board reviewed the <br /> warrants of August 2023. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the August 2023 Warrants, <br /> seconded by Mr. Klein. Motion Carried. 4-Ayes, O-Nays <br /> 4. Executive Director's Report & UDdates. Ms. Conn reported that there were two tenant rents <br /> outstanding, one at Breezy Acres, and one at Homeyer Village. There is currently one vacancy at <br /> Homeyer Village where a second-floor resident is transferring to a I't floor apartment. Asher's <br /> Path is now fully leased. Capital Project updates,the ARPA project for Breezy Acres Sidewalk& <br /> Catch Basin is progressing with crews working on site today and tomorrow. The Breezy Acres <br /> Building Envelope project has been put out to bid and advertisements have been placed in both the <br /> Cape Cod Times and Mash pee/Falmouth Enterprise. Bids are due back at the end of October and <br /> the project is expected to be awarded at the November board meeting. <br /> 5. Old Business: Mr. Klein shared an email sent to him by Arden Cadren reviewing prior projects <br /> funded by the Community Preservation Committee for Housing.
