Meeting Called to Order: The meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM by Jill Allen, Chair. A <br /> quorum was declared with the following members present Jill Allen, Lisa Meizinger, Kevin <br /> Shackett, and Mary LeClair. <br /> 2. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes: Ms.Allen entertained a motion to approve the general <br /> session minutes of September 14, 2023. Mr. Shackett moved to approve the minutes of the <br /> general session of September 14,2023,seconded by Ms.Meizinger.Motion Carried 3-Ayes, 0- <br /> Nays, Mary LeClair-Abstained. <br /> 3. Treasurer's Report. Warrants: Ms. Conn reviewed the financials for July 2023 and August <br /> 2023, and focused on August 2023. All programs are currently running at a loss, and the reserve <br /> levels are as follows, 4001 Program 50.22%, Management Program 6.25%, and MRVP Program <br /> at 3.47%. The 4001 program reserves will most likely be reduced by year-end due to extraordinary <br /> maintenance such as Homeyer Village power-washing, heat repairs, and computer hardware and <br /> software expenditures. It is hopeful that the Management Program will increase reserves this year <br /> but will take a while to rebuild. The board reviewed the warrants of September 2023. Ms. <br /> Meizinger moved to approve the September 2023 Warrants, seconded by Mr. Shackett. <br /> Motion Carried, 4-Ayes, 0-Flays <br /> 4. Executive Director's Report & Updates: Ms. Conn reported that there were eleven rents <br /> outstanding, two at Asher's Path, one at Great Cove, two at Breezy Acres, and six at Homeyer <br /> Village. The staff is communicating with residents to collect the outstanding balances. There are <br />
