Three residents at Asher's at passed away, and keys are expected soon for three <br /> more units. Ms. Conn also reviewed Brewster & Mattapoisett vacancies. EOHLC sent a notice <br /> regarding the new Board Member Training Portal, and Executive Directors will now have access <br /> to review the progress of training. Capital Project updates, the ARPA project for Breezy Acres <br /> Sidewalk & Catch Basin is Substantially completed and Ms. Conn presented the Certificate of <br /> Substantial Completion. Ms. LeClair moved to approve the Certificate of Substantial <br /> Completion of Project 172064 and process payment Req I in the amount of $47,196.00, <br /> seconded by Mr. Shackett. Motion Carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. Ms. Conn then reviewed the quote <br /> results for Unit 15 Homeyer Village Vacancy Turnover Project 172067. After a brief discussion <br /> of the maintenance staff s increased schedule the board agreed to move forward and award the <br /> contract tote outside vendor and not complete the project in house. Ms. LeClair moved to <br /> award the vacancy turnover project 172067 to MaxiClean Co., Inc. in the amount of <br /> $9,760.00, seconded by Ms. Meizinger. Motion Carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. The Breezy Acres <br /> Building Envelope project 172052 is in the bidding process, and a pre-bid meeting took place <br /> onsite; Ms. Conn will be reaching out to residents regarding plants that are up against the building <br /> that will need to be moved or displaced. <br /> 5. Old Business: There was no liaison update of the CPC. There were no updates on Board Member <br /> Training and Procurement. <br /> 6. New Business: Ms. Conn reported that the Performance Management Review(PMR)is scheduled <br /> for October 13, 2023, for the Administrative and Maintenance bi-annual review by Executive <br /> Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC), the Maintenance portion of work orders <br /> and vacancies were uploaded a few weeks ago. Ms. Conn also reported that the annual Agreed <br /> Upon Procedures FYE 6/30/2023 (AUP)for monitoring of the financial and overall administration <br /> of programs is scheduled for October 19, 2023. Ms. Allen discussed that these audits financial <br /> and compliance are annual and only one part of the any audits conducted on each oft e various <br /> programs owned or operated by the Mashpee Housing Authority. Ms. Conn discussed the deadline <br /> for submitting applications to the CPC for the upcoming Town Meeting is November 1, 2023, and <br /> she was considering applying for the Rental Assistance Program, and a second application for <br /> additional funding on the Building Envelope Project at Homeyer as the funding secured is not <br /> enough. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve that Ms. Conn submit these applications if time <br /> allows for her to meet the November 1, 2023, deadline, seconded by Mr. Shackett. Motion <br /> Carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br /> 7. Other Business: Ms.LeClair discussed the Thanksgiving Dinners program hosted by the Chamber <br /> of Commerce and would like to work with staff at Asher's Path to assist in gathering names and <br /> meal counts for this purpose; the board agreed. <br /> 8. Correspondence/Communications: None. <br /> 9. Next Meeting Date and Time: November 9, 2023, at 5:30 PM. <br /> 10. Adjournment: Ms. Meizinger moved to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Shackett. Motion Carried. <br /> 4-Ayes, 0-Nays.
