Motion carried. 5-Ayes, 0-Nays. Ms. Conn discussed <br /> the Lease Agreement for 766 Falmouth Road, Unit A4 that expires on December 31, 2023. In <br /> preliminary discussions with the landlord, he would prefer the Housing Authority to move next <br /> door to unit A3. Ms. Conn is willing to do so, as the rent paid for A4 is much less than the Market <br /> Rate, and the space is not fully utilized. The board agreed to allow the Executive Director to <br /> negotiate and execute a new lease. Ms. LeClair moved to authorize the Executive Director to <br /> negotiate and sign a new lease for 766 Falmouth Road, Unit A3, up tothe existing rental <br /> amount seconded by Mr. Klein.
