(Received a Special Permit under§174-17.1 - SP-2023-11). <br /> Attorney Christopher Kirrane represented the homeowners of the property on 5 Shore Drive. This <br /> application was a raze and replace that was approved by the Board last year. He submitted a letter <br /> dated March 27, 2024 that included photos and minor architectural design changes that depict <br /> screened panels, and his client is requesting to replace the panels with windows. There are no <br /> changes to the footprint or setbacks of the structure. <br /> Mr. Reidy read the Building Commissioner's comment dated April 4, 2024 into the record; `No <br /> issues with the design change.
