MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> APRIL 10, 2024 <br /> Mr. Ganzenmuller made a motion to close the public comment. Mr. Blaisdell second. All were in <br /> favor. <br /> Mr.Reidy made a motion that the Board move to accept the request for a minor architectural design <br /> change for 5 Shore Drive for the issued Special Permit (SP-2023-11)pursuant to §174-24 (C) (9) <br /> (a) of the Zoning Bylaws. Mr. Furbush, second. All were in favor. <br /> 40 Evergreen Circle: Board to approve and request additional funds from the applicant to pay <br /> Pesce Engineering Invoice dated March 27, 2024. <br /> 40 Ever2reen Circle: Board to discuss Pesce Engineering's email dated March 28, 2024 and <br /> determine how to move forward. <br /> Mr. Pesce introduced himself and offered the Board an update of his peer review of the project <br /> located at 40 Evergreen Circle. Mr. Pesce stated that the project is not 100% complete, and there <br /> are some remaining inspections that were listed on his email dated March 28, 2024 as follows: <br /> • Final Landscaping <br /> • Final paving and parking lot striping/signage <br /> • Pump-out cleaning of all catch basins <br /> • Ensure loam and seed grass areas are stable and established <br /> • Final As-built plan submission. <br /> Mr. Pesce recommended that the Board could provide future conditions in the Decision to require <br /> that the applicant replenish the account when the balance is below a certain amount. <br /> Mr. Bonvie mentioned that he has done some research, and information he would like to share <br /> with the Board and will discuss with them at the next meeting.Mr.Furbush agreed,and will discuss <br /> anything further at the next meeting. <br /> Mr. Reidy wanted to know how the process works to release the funds and pay the invoices <br /> submitted by Mr. Pesce. <br /> Ms. Romero explained the details how the invoices are processed and approved. <br /> Attorney Christopher Kirrane mentioned that he represents his client, and that the Board should <br /> review the scope of services from Mr.Pesce such as;the site plan, storm water management,O&M <br /> which is the technical expertise that the Board is not familiar with. But there are other items such <br /> as septic,paving, grass seeding, and the final as-built plan that the Town Departments are capable <br /> of handling through their inspections. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer asked for a motion to close the public comment. Mr. Ganzenmuller second. Mr. <br /> Blaisdell second. All were in favor. <br /> 4 <br />
