Plan Public Hearing has been scheduled for Asher's Path Community Room and already posted, <br /> discussions to relocate the meeting will be brought up again after the March 2024 meeting. <br /> 7. New Business: Ms. Conn reviewed the Resident Service Coordinator Grant Increase & <br /> Certification for the increased funding as discussed earlier during the budget. Mr. Shackett <br /> moved to approve the submission of the Resident Service Coordinator Grant application for <br /> increased funding, seconded by Mr. Klein. Motion carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. Ms. Conn gave <br /> an overview of the HUD Passbook Savings Rate effective I/l/2024. The board discussed the <br /> implementation process oft e imputed rate,and the effects on tenant rent shares. The staff advises <br /> tenants that are affected by imputed assets during recertification and explains the calculation to <br /> those that have assets that will be imputed. Ms. Meizinger moved to adopt the 2024 HUD <br /> Passbook Savings to of 0.40% effective January 1, 2024; seconded by Mr. Shackett. <br /> Motion carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. The board then reviewed the Fee Accountant proposed contract <br /> with Fenton,Ewald, &Associates contract renewal 7/1/2023 —6/30/2026. The board was pleased <br /> with how the financials are now presented. After a brief discussion, Ms. Meizinger moved to <br /> approve the contract renewal with Fenton,Ewald,&Associates for 7/l/2023—6/30/2026 and <br /> authorize the Executive Director to execute it on behalf of the Authority, seconded by Mr. <br /> Shackett. Motion carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. Copies of the FY2025 Annual Plan Public Hearing <br /> Notice and draft plan were distributed to the board for discussion at the March 14, 2024, meeting. <br /> 8. Other Business: None. <br /> 9. Correspondence/Communications: None. <br /> 10. Next Meetine Date and Time:, February 8, 2024, 5:30 PM at Asher's Path Community Room. <br /> 1. Adjournment: Mr. Shackett moved to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Klein. Motion carried. <br /> 4-Ayes, 0-Nays.
