Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck Rd North <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> a <br /> Ydhruw ethyi`k <br /> Harbor Management Committee <br /> r Tuesday January 301h, <br /> Waquoit Meeting Room /Virtually via Zoom <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT <br /> Ashley Fisher, Director of Natural Resources; Robert Tomaino, Harbormaster; Christopher Avis, <br /> Shellfish Constable; Dale Oakley,Mashpee Wampanoag Tribal Member;Richard Noonan,Waterways <br /> Commission Representative;Michaela Wyman-Colombo, Select Board Liaison; Andrew McManus, <br /> Conservation Agent. <br /> MEMBERS ABSENT <br /> Richard Cook, Shellfish Commission Representative; Evan Lehrer, Town Planner <br /> ALSO IN ATTENDANCE <br /> Allison Novelly, Urban Harbors Institute; Kristin Uiterwyk, Urban Harbors Institute; Dack Stuart, <br /> Woods Hole Group <br /> Ms. Fisher called the meeting to order at 6:00. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> There was no public comment. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE <br /> None was received. <br /> APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES <br /> 11/29/2023 Minutes —Mr. Tomaino made a motion to accept the minutes as presented, which was <br /> seconded by Mrs.Wyaman-Colombo, and Mr.McManus abstained. These were unanimously approved. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> • Ancient Ways to Water: <br /> Open Space and Recreation Plan <br /> Committee decided to include plans to complete a Town-wide Open Space and Recreation Plan <br /> as a recommendation within the draft Mashpee Harbor Management Plan. The Mashpee <br /> Environmental Oversight Committee currently has a proposition in front of the Community <br /> Preservation Committee for Town meeting funding through the Community Preservation Act. <br /> The project is estimated to cost $100,000. <br />
