PUBLIC COMMENT There was no public comment. COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE None was received APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES 9/26/2023 Minutes—Mr. Tomaino made a motion to accept the minutes as presented, which was seconded by Mr. Noonan. Mr. Lehrer abstained. These were unanimously approved. OLD BUSINESS • Individual Meetings with Committee Members / stakeholders —progress All committee members have been interviewed. UHI is still waiting to hear back from other Town staff that still need to be interviewed, such as the Town Manager and supporting staff. UHI is having trouble with getting in touch with George "Chuckie" green, the Save Popponesset Bay Group, the Popponesset Beach Association, and the previous Town Planner Tom Fudala. Evan Lehrer and Robert Tomainao will assist in contacting these parties. Mr. Oakley is working with UHI to schedule a"Lunch and Learn" event for committee members and UHI staff to interview and meet with Mashpee Wampanoag Tribal Elders. They are expected to be meeting on either a Tuesday or Thursday in the near future.
