No additional elaboration. <br />Mr. Livingston motions for the approval of the Sushi Rice Regulation which was seconded by <br />Mr. Raposa. <br />Roll call: Mr. Livingston (Yes), Mr. Raposa (Yes), Mr. Virgilio (Yes) <br />Motion passes unanimously <br /> <br /> Review of Appeal of find from Tobacco Regulation – Mashpee Mart <br />The business owner of Mashpee Mart clarifies that the case lock for cigars was damaged. Before <br />the arrival of the replacement lock, the County Tobacco Commissioner conducted an inspection. <br />However, later that same day, the new lock was delivered and promptly installed. <br />Mr. Virgilio announces that since this is Mashpee Mart's initial offense, they will waive the $100 <br />fine. Furthermore, he emphasizes that an inspection to confirm resolution of the issue must be <br />completed before any hearing can take place. <br /> <br />
