<br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> Review and Approval of Meeting Minutes March 20, 2024 <br />Mr. Livingston, A motion is made to approve the minutes, contingent upon the removal of Mr. <br />Seabury's name from the roll call. This motion is seconded by Mr. Raposa. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Mr. Livingston (Yes), Mr. Raposa, (Yes), Mr. Virgilio (Yes) <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br /> Discussion of Title V report fees <br />Mr. Seabury proposes a modification to the Title V report fees, noting the existing discrepancy: <br />$25 for a successful Title V report review and $100 for an unsuccessful one. However, applicants <br />are allowed 30 days to submit payment before the review. Currently, applicants must await <br />inspection completion before payment due to the differing fees, thus causing delays. His <br />suggestion is to implement a flat fee of $75 for all applicants, regardless of pass or fail status, <br />ensuring payment upon submission of the application. <br />Mr. Livingston, motions to change the Title V report fees from $25 for a pass and $100 fail fee <br />to a flat rate fee of $75. This was seconded by Mr. Raposa. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Mr. Livingston (Yes), Mr. Raposa, (Yes), Mr. Virgilio (Yes) <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> Hosting of a Public Health Fair <br />Mr. Seabury confirms that the event is scheduled for Thursday afternoon, June 6, 2024, at the <br />field situated across from and behind the Town Hall. The event will feature military vehicles, fire <br />trucks, food trucks, and booths where business owners are encouraged to inform the public about <br />their businesses. Visiting nurses will also be in attendance, and there will be entertainment for <br />children. The specific time for the event is yet to be determined. <br />Correspondence and Communication <br /> <br />The Conservation Department will be hosting a tree planting event, marking the beginning of the <br />revitalization of the cranberry bogs on Santuit Pond. This event is scheduled for Sunday, April <br />21, 2024. The Health Department will be present to provide assistance. <br />April 17, 2024 at 4:30 pm will be the next public Board of Health Meeting. <br />Public Comment <br />There were no public comments at the time of the meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
