Item number 4 is cancelled for tonight <br />meeting. <br /> <br />1. Review and approve minutes April 3, 2024 – Motion made by Mr. Livingston to <br />approve the April 3, 2024; minutes as presented. Seconded by Mr. Virgilio. <br />i. Roll Call: Mr. Livingston (Yes), Mr. Virgilio (Yes) <br />Motion passes unanimously. <br /> <br />2. Review of Request of Title V variance (310 CMR 15.405(b)(c) &(h) – 41 Shore <br />Drive, Peter McEntee <br />i. Mr. Seabury, the variance request was completed in the office due to the <br />cancellation of the April 17, 2024, meeting. He explains the variance is as <br />followed: 1) 3’ variance for the septic tank to the cellar wall for a 7’ <br />setback as opposed for a 10’. 2) 3’ variance for the pump chamber to the <br />cellar wall for a 7’ setback as opposed to the 10’. 3) There is a 5’ variance <br />from the soil absorption system (S.A.S) to the cellar wall for a 15’ setback <br />as opposed to the 20’. Mr. Seabury notes a 25% reduction in required <br />subsurface disposal design requirements resulting in a smaller leaching <br />field which is allowable with the proposed system. In addition, there will <br />be a 1’ reduction to the 5’ separation requirement between the bottom of <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
