Collins, Town Manager <br /> Dave called the meeting to order at 9:00 am. <br /> NEW HEARINGS <br /> 9:00 am Project Address: 474 Main Street and 31 Ashumet Road <br /> Owner/Agent: Joao Junqueira c/o Atty. Christopher Kirrane <br /> Architect/Engineering: Bracken Engineering, Inc. <br /> Request: Applicant proposes a 4,752 sq. ft. retail building for water service <br /> related products with indoor and outdoor storage. (Note: Requires a Special <br /> Permit with the Planning Board and Historical Review Committee). <br /> Attorney Christopher Kirrane represented the applicant for the proposed commercial <br /> building. Attorney Kirrane mentioned that there is a typo on the application. The building <br /> is actually a 6,000 sq. ft., the warehouse area is 4,752 sq. ft., and a showroom that is over <br /> 1,200 sq. ft. The lot is 90,000 plus sq. ft., and is located in the C-3 and R-3 Zoning <br /> Districts. The building access will be from Ashumet Road, not Main Street. The dumpster <br /> location will be located closer to Ashumet Road. As indicated on the landscape plan, the <br /> green area will remain naturally vegetative. There will be nine (9) parking spaces, and <br /> one handicapped as required. This application also requires Historic Committee review, <br /> and is not under Conservation jurisdiction. <br /> Mr. Zack Seabury, Health Agent <br /> Mr. Seabury said that the calculations for the leaching field are correct. He asked if this <br /> will be a water treatment supply facility. <br /> Attorney Kirrane said that this facility will be a water supply products retail store. <br /> I <br />
