Minutes of Meeting <br /> Plan Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, March 19, 2024 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Mr. David Morris, Building Commissioner <br /> This lot will require a curb-cut permit with the DPW. Mr. Morris wanted to know how many <br /> people they expect to frequent the building, and how many employees. <br /> Mr. Joe Peltier, Deputy Fire Chief <br /> Mr. Peltier wants to see the life safety plan, a lighting plan, etc. He mentioned that rear <br /> left side of the building will be difficult to access with the ladder truck. <br /> Mr. Junqueira mentioned that the Planning Board will not allow an entrance on Main <br /> Street. Mr. Junqueira stated that there will be mostly contractors during the morning <br /> hours. There will be a gate and lock on the driveway. He believes there will be three <br /> employees. <br /> Mr. Rodney C. Collins <br /> No comments or concerns <br /> Mr. Morris asked for other comments. <br /> Mr. Drew McManus, Conservation Agent <br /> Mr. McManus reviewed the site plan and asked if the triangle area was a Stormwater <br /> Management area for roof runoff, and if there is a swale. Mr. McManus asked if there will <br /> be additional parking. <br /> Bracken Engineering stated that there are sub-surface drywells located below the <br /> pavement. There are four 6 x 6 pit areas surrounded by stone. The area located behind <br /> the designated parking will be for outdoor storage of piping material. <br /> Mr. Morris asked for a motion. Mr. Seabury made a motion to approve this application as <br /> submitted with a condition that the applicant provide the Fire Department with the key to <br /> access the driveway, and this application is subject to Planning Board and Historic <br /> Committee approval. <br /> Mr. McManus, seconded. All were in favor. <br /> 2 <br />
