Unit B-1-C <br /> Business name: Tradesman Exchange LLC <br /> d/b/a Tribal Fire Cannabis Delivery <br /> Agent/Owner: John Marcellino <br /> Architect/Engineer: Locust Street Sign <br /> Request: 1-Door sign w/address 5.37 sq. ft., 1-Wall sign facing Industrial <br /> Dr. 20.99 sq. ft., and ladder board sign, 2.4 sq. ft. <br /> Mr. Marcellino represented himself requesting signage at his office location for his <br /> cannabis delivery service. The office is located in the rear section of 800 Falmouth <br /> Road, and the entrance door is only visible from Industrial Drive. The signage <br /> consists of bright red and yellow colors to be mounted on the fagade of the building, <br /> and at the entrance. He is also requesting a sign mounted on the existing ladder <br /> sign at the entrance to Industrial Drive. <br /> The Committee had a discussion and would prefer the signage colors to be earth <br /> tones. The Committee also mentioned that Section 174-55 of the Zoning Bylaws <br /> allows 10% of the wall (fagade) of the building. Mr. Marcellino agreed he can <br /> slightly lessen the brightness of the colors, and understands the percentage he is <br /> allowed. <br /> Mr. Morris requested that the wall sign be slightly smaller. <br /> The Committee asked specific questions about the daily business functions. Mr. <br /> Marcellino mentioned that there will be no customers allowed to enter the office. <br /> Most of his daily functions will be vehicle deliveries. He mentioned that the (CCC) <br /> Cannabis Control Commission have very strict rules to follow, as well as the State <br /> regulations for the daily operations in the office and in the vehicle. <br /> There were no more comments. <br />
