Meeting Called to Order: The meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM by Jill Allen,Chair, <br /> A quorum was declared with the following members present Jill Allen, Mary LeClair, <br /> Kevin Shackett, and Richard Klein. <br /> 2. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes: Ms. Allen entertained a motion to approve the <br /> general session minutes of March 14,2024. Mr.Shackett moved to approve the minutes <br /> of the March 14, 2024, meeting, seconded by Mr. Klein. Motion carried. 4-Ayes, 0- <br /> Nays. <br /> 3. Treasurer's Report & Warrants: Ms. Conn reviewed the Quarterly Financials for <br /> 3/31/2024, with the current reserve levels at 38.08%, the reserve levels are expected to <br /> remain above the required 35%threshold at year-end,extraordinary maintenance items for <br /> tenant damages will be charged back, additional repairs were mold re mediation in a <br /> bathroom, & a storm door window replacement. Mr. Klein moved to approve the <br /> 3/31/2024 quarterly financials, seconded by Ms. LeClair. Motion carried. 4-Ayes, 0- <br /> Nays. The board then reviewed the March 2024 Warrants. After a brief overview and <br /> discussion, Mr. Shackett moved to approve the March 2024 Warrants, seconded by <br /> Ms. LeClair. Motion carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br /> 4. Executive Director's Report & Updates: Ms. Conn reported that there are six residents <br /> with late rents, with from Great Cove, two from Breezy Acres, and three from Homeyer <br /> Village, staff is working on collecting, two of the six are being handled through court. <br /> There are no vacancies i shpee.
