Article 19 <br />To see if the Town will vote to appropriate $636,113 to establish a budget for the PEG Access and Cable <br />Related fund for fiscal year 2025, with said appropriation to be funded through the current balance of the <br />fund, or take any other action relating thereto. <br />Submitted by the Finance Director <br />Explanation: The Department of Revenue requires the Town to establish and appropriate a yearly budget <br />based on estimated expenditures from the fund for the next fiscal year. The total budget voted may not <br />exceed the current balance within the fund. <br />The Select Board recommends approval of Article 19 by a vote of 4-0 <br />The Finance Committee recommends approval of Article 19 by a vote of 7-0 <br />Motion made by Select Board Member Wyman -Colombo <br />Motion: I move that the Town vote to approve Article 19 as printed in the Warrant, with the <br />exception of the phrase "or take any other action relating thereto." <br />Motion passes unanimously at 8:38PM <br />Article 20 <br />To see if the Town will vote to authorize the total expenditures for the following revolving funds pursuant <br />G.L. c.44 Section 53E 1/z for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024, to be expended in accordance with the <br />Bylaw establishing said revolving funds, heretofore approved, or take any other action relating thereto. <br />FUND <br />FY 2025 AUTHORIZATION <br />Recreation <br />$625,000 <br />Library <br />$20,000 <br />Senior Center <br />$25,000 <br />Historical Commission <br />$2,500 <br />Submitted by the Finance Director <br />Explanation: This article establishes the FY 2025 expenditure limits for departmental revolving funds. <br />The Select Board recommends approval of Article 20 by a vote of 4-0 <br />The Finance Committee recommends approval of Article 20 by a vote of 7-0 <br />Motion made by Select Board Member Cotton <br />Motion: I move the Town vote to approve Article 20 as printed in the warrant, with the exception of <br />the phrase or take any other action relating thereto." <br />Motion passes unanimously at 8:39PM <br />
