MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> WEDNESDAY, APRIL 24, 2024 <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> Ms. Sangeleer asked for comments. Mr. Goldstein read the Conservation Department comments <br /> dated April 22, 2024 into the record; "This project was issued an order of conditions from the <br /> Conservation Commission on 711312021. The order was recently requested to be extended for an <br /> additional three years. Orders are now valid up to July 13, 2027. " <br /> He also read the Board of Health comments dated April 22, 2024 into the record: "The existing <br /> dwelling is a three bedroom but four primary bedrooms are proposed. Floor plans have been <br /> reviewed and are compliant for four bedrooms. A new septic is proposed for four bedrooms. The <br /> proposed septic is complaint for four bedrooms. A Mashpee licensed septic installer shall obtain <br /> a permit to install the septic prior to issuance of the Building Permit. Septic Plan was approved <br /> 07101121 for conventional system, if there are changes in plan then new septic would have to meet <br /> today's standards ofI/A technology. " <br /> Mr. Morris stated that if there are any changes to the scope of the project the applicant would have <br /> to return to the Board of Health. The proposal has to remain the same as issued. <br /> Mr. Scioli said he had a conversation with Zack Seabury, Board of Health Agent if a change in the <br /> dwelling drives a change in the septic tank then he wants the system to be changed to an IA system. <br /> As long as the septic system plan is not modified it's fine. <br /> The Board had a discussion if a condition should be made regarding the Board of Health comment <br /> to state; conditioned upon Board of Health to clarify their comments and approval. The Board also <br /> discussed the extension date to be the same as Conservation. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer asked for a motion to close public comments. Mr. Blaisdell, so moved. All were in <br /> favor. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board approve and issues an extension of the existing Special <br /> Permit (SP-2021-50) to Owner, Jeanne Scioli under §174-17.1 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and <br /> replace a pre-existing, non-conforming single family structure on property located in an R-3 <br /> Zoning District, Map 119, Parcel 66, Mashpee, MA. The Special Permit was issued and approved <br /> on September 22, 2021. <br /> The Board issues and extension to an including until October 20, 2027. Conditioned upon the <br /> Board of Health to review and clarify the comments previously issued to the Board of Appeals. <br /> Mr. Furbush, second.
