Wolpe request a <br /> Written Finding under §174-17 and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of <br /> two additions, and a detached pool cabana on property located in an R-3 Zoning District,Map 100, <br /> Parcel 5, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Attorney Christopher Kirrane requested a continuance to have a full Board sitting on this hearing. <br /> Mr. Furbush so moved and accepted the motion from Chairman Bonvie that the Board accept <br /> Attorney Kirrane's request for continuance regarding 84 Punkhorn Point Road for a continuance <br /> until Wednesday, July 10, 2024.
