Review and approve minutes – May 1, 2024. Motion made by Mr. Livingston to <br />approve the minutes. Seconded by Mr. Raposa. <br />a. Roll Call: Mr. Livingston (Yes), Mr. Raposa (Yes), Mr. Virgilio (Yes). The <br />motion passes unanimously. <br />2. Review of request of Title 5 variance – 71 Hooppole Road, Justin Lamoureux, <br />Strongtree Engineering. <br />a. The current property is a 3-bedroom dwelling with a failed cesspool. The <br />proposal is for a new 4-bedroom single dwelling with a 2-bedroom detached <br />accessory apartment. The variances are required for the temporary <br />connection of the cottage to the new septic system. Variances are: <br />i. Separation of groundwater required 5ft proposed 4.9ft <br />ii. Max covering required 3ft proposed 3.9ft fully vented. <br />iii. Sewer connection to cottage required 1% minimum proposed 0.5% <br />(temporary and pipe will be removed) <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
