Motion made by Mr. Cook for the continuation to May 9, 2024 at 6:51 pm. Motion
seconded by Ms. Thornbrugh.

Roll Call: Mr. Cook (Yes), Ms. Godfrey (Yes), Ms. Clapprood (Yes), Ms.
Thornbrugh (Yes), Mr. Colombo (Yes)

The motion passes unanimously.

7:00
RDA
3 Elliot Rd, Aris Pappas, Schooner’s Weigh, LLC. Proposed hardscape and
landscape improvements. Rep: Cape & Islands Engineering, Inc.

Resource Area: LSCSF (landlocked lot-no other wetlands within 150ft of
the project site).

Mr. Lizardi-Rivera presents the proposed project, which involves non-habitable
additions to the existing dwelling. The construction will include a front porch and the expansion
of the rear deck. As part of the process, an existing shed located slightly outside the property line
will be relocated, adhering to setback requirements for sites in a flood zone. A proposed
mitigation plan entails increasing the property line by 150sf. Mr. Lizardi-Rivera ensures that
the shrubs removed during construction will be replanted and are not included in the proposed
mitigation plan. Additionally, there’s a proposal for a drywell on the porch roof. He
acknowledges the project will remove 150sf of lawn and states that the applicant has prepared a
mitigation plan for this.

There are no comments from commissioners or the public.

AGENT COMMENTS

Mr. McManus clarifies that the reason for the proposal being categorized as an
RDA is because it involves sonotubes in the construction process.

Motion made by Mr. Cook for a negative determination.
