JUNE 12, 2024 <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> There are no new non-conformities, there is sufficient parking, and that this proposed project is <br /> not any more detrimental to the neighborhood than what currently exists. <br /> Mr. Reidy read the Board of Health comments dated June 10, 2024 into the record; House to <br /> remain 3 bedroom. I/A will be installed,permit must be pulled with Health Department. <br /> Mr. Reidy read the Conservation Department comments dated June 6, 2024 into the record; <br /> "Resource Areas: Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage (LSCSF)NOI application for raze and <br /> replace of existing dwelling with installation of IA septic system, pervious driveway, drywells, <br /> hardseape, and associated appurtenances. Application received approval at the April 181h hearing <br /> date with a vote of 4:1." <br /> There were no comments from the audience, and no further comments from the Board. <br /> Mr.Bonvie asked for a motion to close the public hearing.Ms. Sangeleer, so moved.Mr. Blaisdell, <br /> second. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issue a Special Permit to Owner, Joan F. Flanagan under <br /> §174-17.1 and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace a pre-existing, non-conforming <br /> single-family dwelling with a new single-family structure on property located in an R-3 Zoning <br /> District, and the Popponesset Overlay District, Map 117, Parcel 32, Mashpee, MA with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special Permit <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2. Site Plan —Prepared for: Thomas Jacobs and Joan F.
