Chairman, <br /> Ronald Bonvie, Board Members, Sharon Sangeleer, William Blaisdell, Jonathan Furbush, Scott <br /> Goldstein, and Associate Member, George Ganzenmuller. <br /> Chairman Bonvie opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the hearings were being <br /> televised live on Mashpee TV. He will take comments after each hearing. <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> 37 Amy Brown Road: Owner, Bryan W. Anderson requests a Special Permit under §174-17.1, <br /> §174-17, and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze a pre-existing, non-conforming single-family <br /> structure, and replace it with a new single-family residential structure, and a detached garage <br /> located in the R-3 Zoning District, Map 109, Parcel 4, Mashpee, MA. (Continued from May 22, <br /> 2024 hearings, received Attorney letter dated July], 2024 to continue the hearing until July 24, <br /> 2024 hearings). <br /> The Board voted to accept the continuance of this petition until Wednesday, July 24, 2024. <br /> 84 Punkhorn Point Road: Owners, Robert Allen Wolpe and Michelle A. Wolpe request a <br /> Written Finding under §174-17 and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of <br /> two additions, and a detached pool cabana on property located in an R-3 Zoning District,Map 100, <br /> Parcel 5,Mashpee,MA. . (Continued from May 22,2024 hearings at the request of the Attorney). <br /> (This petition was continued from May 22, 2024 to afford the Attorney five voting Board Members. <br /> Sitting on this hearing were the four regular Board members and Associate Member, George <br /> Ganzenmuller. <br /> Attorney Christopher Kirrane represented the homeowners requesting a Written Finding under <br /> §174-17 and§174-33 (setback from wetlands),to remove a portion of an existing deck and replace <br /> it with a first floor mud room on existing foundation with new sono tubes, new entry landing and <br /> steps. There is a portion of an existing first floor bump out that will be replaced with additional <br /> living space. The homeowners also proposed to construct a 16 ft.x 16 ft.pool cabana. The existing <br /> dwelling is 35.6 ft. of the front yard setback from Punkhorn Point Road, and fails to meet the <br /> required 40 ft., and is located within the flood zone. <br /> 1 <br />
